1. Write down the five things you actually do at work
Not your title. The five tasks you repeat every week. Emails you write, quotes you build, forms you fill, reports you pull, questions you answer.
2. Pay the twenty bucks
ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or Google AI Pro. About twenty a month each. The free versions are the loaner car. Pick one, any one, and pay for it.
3. Hand it your list, one task at a time
Give it the real thing, with the real details, the way you would brief a new hire. Then judge what comes back. Somewhere in that list is your version of my hundred properties.
4. When you want the next level, this is the tool I use every day
