Campbell holds a professional AI certificate from UT Austin's McCombs School of Business, and is currently completing the Credential of Digital Innovation and Strategy at Harvard Business School Online: a six-month Harvard Business School program spanning digital strategy, design thinking and innovation, digital marketing strategy, and digital platform business models. He brings deep expertise in AI API integration, web performance optimization, and production system engineering. His technical background spans full-stack development, CRM automation, and building tools that run reliably without manual intervention.
Together with Walker Deyo, Campbell identified the gap nobody was filling: every business runs on a pile of tools that don't talk to each other, and nobody builds the wiring. Elevair was built to run the whole customer engine as one machine, for operators from twenty-truck shops to dealer groups and law firms. The first company it ran was Elevair itself.
