We ran the experiment on ourselves first.
Elevair's own company runs on the machine we sell: an engine that answers, books, and follows up on its own, with an AI brain on top that the founders just ask. Then we started building it for everyone else.
We are the first client of everything we sell.
The engine you would buy from us is the engine running Elevair right now. Inbound calls are answered and logged by the same front office we install. Prospects that go quiet get follow-ups drafted automatically and queued for a founder to approve. Every Monday morning, the brain posts the week's report before we have had coffee.
And when we want to know something, we ask it. How did we do this week? Did we miss anything? What should I focus on? That brain is the premium tier of what we sell, and we run our company on it every day.
How did we do this week?
Monday report posted, 9:00 AM. Calls answered and logged; two drafts awaiting your approval.

Two operators, one machine
Before Elevair was a company, it was two friends in Texas building with AI. Walker Deyo has worked with artificial intelligence for five years, since the GPT-3 era: academic work, early prototypes, and shipped AI products, all while studying at the University of Texas at Austin. Campbell Hendee engineers production systems, holds the professional AI certificate from UT Austin's McCombs School of Business, and is currently completing the Credential of Digital Innovation and Strategy at Harvard Business School Online. In 2026, in Austin, the experiment on themselves became a company.
The split has never changed. Campbell engineers the machine: the front office, the wiring, the brain. Walker runs strategy and delivery: what gets built for whom, in what order, and whether it is paying. When you hire Elevair, there is no account team between you and the two people whose names are on it. We build the entire customer engine: every system that finds, answers, books, follows up with, and bills a customer, wired together as one machine.
- 2021
Building with the models
Walker starts working with AI in the GPT-3 era: academic work, early prototypes, and the habit of testing what the models can actually do, not what the demos claim.
- 2021–2025
The shipping years
AI products people actually used, and production systems that ran without babysitting: the years of learning what breaks. The McCombs AI certificate along the way.
- 2026
Elevair, Austin
The experiment becomes a company. Its first deployment is itself: the founders wire Elevair to run on the machine before selling it to anyone.

The engine runs the company
Calls answered and logged, follow-ups drafted for approval, the Monday report posted on schedule. First client engines coming online across Texas.
The engine has four layers. We build the layers your operation needs, in the order that pays back first; the product is the connected whole, not a menu.
- 01 / Find
Find
Customers look for you on a dozen surfaces: Google, ChatGPT, your site, a map pin. We build the front end that shows up on all of them and turns a search into a conversation.
- 02 / Answer & book
Answer & book
Every call answered, every form caught, every after-hours lead booked, not sent to voicemail. The AI front office picks up when your team can't, and puts the appointment on the calendar.
- 03 / Wire it together
Wire it together
This is the part nobody else does. Your website, phones, CRM, and follow-up stop working in isolation and start passing every lead to the next step automatically. Keep the tools you already pay for, we wire them into one system so nothing falls through the cracks between them.
- 04 / Fill & bill
Fill & bill
We fill the engine and run the money side: paid ads with the spend managed, reviews that compound, invoicing, and one dashboard that shows what's actually working.
The third layer is the moat. Plenty of vendors will sell you a website, a phone system, or an ad campaign. Almost nobody makes them talk to each other. We wire every tool into every other tool, so a missed call becomes a text, a form fill becomes a booked appointment, and the dashboard tells the truth. Paid ads are in scope, spend management included. Custom for big, productized for small.
Operators, not an agency.
No account managers, no outsourced delivery. The people who scope your engine are the people who build it and run it.

Founder-led, month to month, yours outright.
A founder builds your engine
Your build is architected and shipped by a founder, with the team above on the account. The person who scopes the work is the person who does it, and they stay on it after launch.
We build the layers you need
Engagements are scoped to your operation, starting where the biggest leak is. The product is still the connected whole: every layer we ship is wired into the others, not bolted on.
We run it month to month
After launch we operate the engine: monitoring, follow-up, ad spend management, and reporting. No long-term contracts. The engagement holds because the engine performs, not because paperwork says so.
You own everything outright
The website, the domain, the data, the phone numbers, the accounts: all of it sits in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, the engine keeps running and everything stays with you. There is no lock-in to escape and nothing to buy back.
We'd rather be kept for the numbers.
A young company, and we own it.
Elevair was founded in 2026 in Austin, Texas. We are early, and we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. What it buys you is direct access: the people who build and run your engine are the people who answer when you call. No account layer, no handoffs, no junior team learning on your budget.
Built for operators with real call volume.
Established operators in industries where a missed call is a lost job, a lost matter, or a lost sale.
Talk to the people who build it.
Book a 15-minute call with Campbell or Walker. Bring your operation, and we will tell you where the engine would start.
